New call-to-action

Steel Reinforced Case Study

An Aircraft Systems Manufacturer required a shipping container for two 26-foot long delicate wings. The length of the assembled wing exceeded the tensile allowances of the wood base, so an alternative reinforcement was required to prevent bending or bowing damage from rough handling. In addition, the end destination had limited lifting capability and therefore required that the container be opened and unloaded by hand.

Valley Box engineers created a solution that resulted in zero damages to this fragile shipment and a happy end customer!
