Q: Does Valley Box have a minimum order?

A: There is no minimum dollar amount on orders.

On non-stock items, there is a minimum order of one Bundle/one Case/one Unit. Valley Box stock items include (but not limited to) boxes, tape, protective wraps, envelopes, etc.


Q: Can I get a corrugated sample?

A: Yes, on some stock items. Most samples are free. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples of large boxes are available, but will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs.


Q: Does Valley Box have a return policy?

A: Only on in store stock items that are unused. Receipt required. Does not apply to moving kits, custom and/or special order items.


Q: Is there a "shipping & handling" charge added to my order?

A: Shipping & handling charges are dependant on the services you purchase and the method of shipping used


Q: Can I find out my shipping charges ?

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Our answer depends on the distance of your location from our warehouse and on the carrier that you selected. The level of carrier service can also have a direct bearing on delivery. Click on the desktop telephone located on this screen and a Customer Service Representatives will call you back with helpful information.


Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit cards, including:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • We can ship C.O.D. (limited to small orders)
  • Open credit terms (net 15 days) are available based on prior credit approval

A: You can reach us between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 5:00 P. M. PST, Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
