Customer Service
Our philosophy is that we are a team! An integral part of this team is our highly trained Field Technicians. They're responsibility is to gather accurate and detailed on-site information regarding your payload. This information is brought directly to our Engineering and Planning Department for initial review to draft a proper cost effective packaging design. This is an added value service that Valley Box offers to ensure that your payload is packaged right… the first time.
