Wooden containers for industrial shipping applications have been the foundation of Valley Box since 1965. Custom-designed crates, boxes and skids for any purpose or need is our specialty. We use CAD programs when a customer's engineering department must approve critical tolerances in the box design. Additionally, internal components such as customized saddles and bracing can easily be designed and installed to accommodate your specific requirements. Wood containers are the most cost effective, environmentally safe and recyclable exterior package.

Heat Treatment

All Valley Box wood products are Heat Treated and certified by the USDA. Heat Treated Wood Materials are required for certain international transit by the USDA. Learn More: www.aphis.usda.gov

Facility & Fleet

Valley Box boasts 4 acres of efficiently used manufacturing space which includes; an in-house steel fabrication facility, lumber & milling yard, dedicated barrier bag building, administrative offices, engineering department, and our Valley Box store.
