Types of Wood Containers
Wooden containers for industrial shipping applications have been the foundation of Valley Box since 1965. Custom-designed crates, boxes and skids for any purpose or need is our specialty. We use CAD programs when a customer's engineering department must approve critical tolerances in the box design. Additionally, internal components such as customized saddles and bracing can easily be designed and installed to accommodate your specific requirements. Wood containers are the most cost effective, environmentally safe and recyclable exterior package.
Optional Bases
Depending on your product, a variety of bases are available; special skid configurations, plywood & dimensional lumber bases, super duty wood & steel reinforced bases for heavier load and complex tie-down applications
