STEEL FABRICATION AND WELDING SERVICES

Our Steel Fabrication department has extensive experience designing and fabricating parts, moving fixtures, and jigs. Combined with our wide-ranging network of associated manufacturers we can also do tube bending, upholstery, powder coating, and FBR (fiber reinforced plastics).

Experienced Steel fabricators can weld many different materials ranging from stainless steel, aluminum, cast, and mild steel.
Our Pattern Cutter can cut various thicknesses
from 3/16th inch plate to 2 inch plates.
The Punch Press can punch, sheer
and notch flat strap and angle iron.
A large steel base for super duty boxes
can be built up to 640 inches.
In-house Material Handling cart
Landing Gear Transport cart with vinyl sides, oversized casters, and travelers envelope.

Material handling fixtures and carts can improve productivity in any production facility and in-plant transportation of work in progress.

Custom weldments improve the integrity of package in a simple inexpensive way.
