On-Site Packaging

Once you have your container built, the next step is to properly secure it. The quality of your product is always measured by the care and performance of its packaging. In order for your customer to receive their merchandise in perfect condition we recommend having a field technician arrive at your location and package it. We also use an air evacuated vapor bag at time of packaging. We practice blocking and bracing to add extra security to your product during travel. We also can provide training to your packaging team to properly secure your product.

One of our technicians will be glad
to assist you at your location.

First the appropriate weight base is layed down.
Then the base of the custom gusseted
vapor barrier bag is layed over the base.
The product is carefully placed on the barrier bag and base.
Then the product is covered with
a gusseted vapor barrier bag.
The base of the bag is heat sealed.
The air is evacuated from the bag, and strech wrap is used for added strength.

Blocking and Bracing is a very important step in the packaging product, it adds an added security to your product by keeping from shifting during transportation.

Top, sides and strapping complete
the On-site Packaging job.
Caulking is added for added protection from moisture seepage.
