Reusable Packaged Wood Container (R-PWC) Disassembly Instructions.
Instructions
You will require a large flat head screwdriver during disassembly
We recommend wearing safety glasses, and gloves when needed.
- Starting with the lid, insert a long flathead screwdriver into the slot on the spring and exert upward pressure to release spring clips at all 4 lid locations, set lid aside.
- Continue with the side panels, by releasing spring clips and setting aside the panel.
- If springs become detached, be sure to gather them in an envelope that will be kept with the container.
- Remove end panels by sliding the flat angle brackets out from under the plywood deck.
- Disassembly is complete.
*Note that in some cases it may be helpful to simply remove one side of the container, allowing a forklift to easily access the cargo.
