📲 Sign the Consent & Conduct Agreement
Before you receive your tickets, HR will send you the "Gulls Tickets Consent & Professional Conduct Agreement." This must be signed before tickets are transferred.
After signature, a copy can also be found in your employee documents in APS.
📲How to Receive Your Tickets
All tickets are delivered digitally via the AXS Mobile App. Printed or screenshot tickets will not be accepted.

- Send your email address to Valley Box HR so tickets can be transferred
Step 2: Before the Game
- Tickets will be transferred to your AXS account
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from AXS
- Open the AXS App → "My Events" to access your tickets
- Present your mobile app parking ticket at the Lot B gate
- Present your mobile app game ticket at the arena entrance

🍻 Access to the Stella Lounge
Valley Box ticket holders enjoy exclusive entry to The Stella Artois Lounge, a private club located on the floor level of Pechanga Arena, directly behind Section 4B.
The lounge opens one hour before puck drop and remains accessible throughout the game, offering a premium space to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy drinks with friends and coworkers. There are also bathrooms in the back corner of the lounge.
🧭 How to find it: From inside the arena, look for the floor exit beneath Section 4B to access the Stella Lounge. You will have to show your AXS app game tickets to the security before going down to the staircase to the Stella Lounge.

- Employees and their guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and, in a manner, consistent with Valley Box’s standards of professionalism.
- Offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior (including excessive intoxication or harassment) may result in disciplinary action under company policies.
- If alcohol is consumed, employees must do so responsibly.
- Valley Box strongly encourages the use of designated drivers or rideshare services.
- By accepting tickets, employees acknowledge that Valley Box is not responsible for injuries, damage, or losses that may occur while attending the event or during travel to/from the venue.

Q: What if I end up not being able to use the tickets?
A: Alert Human resources & return the digital tickets to Valley Box [Toby lets practice the first game and see if after i share them with you, if i can recall the tickets. If so, then all they have to do is tell Abril and I'll recall the tix rather than giving complicated steps for the employee returning the tix]
Q: What if i have trouble with the AXS app at the stadium?
A: Please make sure to check that your tickets are accessible in the AXS app during regular working hours before you arrive at the stadium. Valley Box staff will not be available for technical support in the evening once the game has started. Thanks for understanding!
Q: How can I buy more tickets?

Q: Do I get to keep the give away I received?
A: Yes! Some games have special giveaways, concert events and more. As Valley Box's guest you are welcome to keep the swag!
Q: What expenses are not covered with the season tickets?
A: Tickets for entry to the event and parking are covered. Examples of purchases not covered are; food & beverage purchases, apparel purchases, chuck-a-puck, etc.
Q: Can I bring a non-Valley Box employee as a guest?
A: Absolutely! Keep in mind that employees and their guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and, in a manner, consistent with Valley Box’s standards of professionalism.
Q: Can children attend the game?
A: Yes, these are family friendly events! There's no age restriction to go see a hockey game and children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket.
